What you need to know

All we need from you is for you to ensure there is at least a space of 2.5m x 2.5m to set up a massage table. We will need double that space for couples. We arrive 15 minutes before the appointment time to set up, please make sure the space is warm in winter and if you choose to have your treatment outside in summer, a shaded area is recommended. We also require a guaranteed parking bay on site or right in front of the venue, as the massage bed is quite heavy.
To get the most out of your treatment please communicate with your therapist regarding pressure, music or room temperature. Please note that our therapists are professional and do not offer any sensual services.
Massage therapy is not recommended during the first 12 weeks of pregnancy and aromatherapy oils are not recommended for treatments after 12 weeks. Please let us know if you are pregnant when booking.

Relaxing blend (ylang ylang, lavender and geranium) is not recommended for clients with low blood pressure, but highly recommended for clients with High blood pressure.
Energizing blend (Ylang ylang, peppermint, palmarosa) is not recommended for clients with high blood pressure, but is highly recommended for clients with low blood pressure.\
Please let us know if you have any allergies to the following carrier oils: coconut oil, hemp seed oil, Jojoba oil, grape seed oil, olive oil.

As we are a mobile service we require at least 2 hours to arrange for a therapist to travel to your location. In the unfortunate event that you are not at your venue at the appointed time, we will need to shorten your treatment time and charge the full rate.
We require 24 hour notice for cancellations or changes to your bookings, to avoid a cancellation fee.
We accept EFT and cash payments.
Group and corporate bookings require 50% deposit to secure booking.
Travel fee is included in the prices however parking fees are not included.
